Fashion Retail Questionnaire

Within my course we have a Fashion module in which we are put into groups and asked to find primary research on people's buying habits. This questionnaire is about where you shop and how often, so not hard and won't take any time at all. So please could you fill it in for me, get other people to too so we can get as much data as possible.
